Anna Karachentseva

Anna Karachentseva is a Human Resources Assistant in the Berlin office. She joined E.CA Economics in September 2024.
Anna brings experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, event coordination, and office administration from her previous HR roles in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Before joining E.CA Economics, she worked at Everstores Technologies in Berlin, where she assisted in talent acquisition, led onboarding processes, and implemented HR initiatives. She also gained valuable experience at Safran Engineering Services in Hamburg, supporting recruitment and enhancing internal communication.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology from Jacobs University (now Constructor University) in Bremen. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organisational efficiency.
