Vincent Verouden spoke at the EStAL Seminar 2017 that was held in Starnberg (Germany) on 20-22 April 2017.  This seminar discussed different facets of the concept of economic activity, taking into consideration the latest ruling of the courts and Commission decisions and the application of the Market Economy Operator Principle (MEOP).
