Principal

Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ working experience in the field of competition policy or related topics 
  • Proven ability to manage complex research/consulting projects
  • Potential to extend E.CA’s existing customer database
  • A PhD or equivalent degree is advantageous
  • Strong empirical/econometric background is a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • German knowledge at minimum B1 level is advantageous

As a principal you will steer and supervise the project work. In this role you will bring cutting-edge research to a case and provide a novel yet robust and balanced view of the matter. Condensing the details of the facts to their essentials is part of the exciting challenges which lies ahead.

Internship positions

Requirements (up to 6 months) – Berlin / Brussels

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate economics student or Master of economics
  • Basic knowledge of standard statistical software
  • Very good command of English

Software Engineer (m/f/d) – Data Analytics, Part- / Full-time

Berlin

At the beginning of your career you will support our IT department in the administration of the physical and virtual infrastructure. Thereby, you will get to know our company from scratch. Your tasks include among others:

  • Installation, configuration and support of Microsoft Windows operating systems and related software
  • Accepting, solving and documenting service and support requests in first and second level support
  • Administration, support and maintenance of various servers and systems
  • Data analytics

Additionally, you will support our team in the following areas:

  • Software development related to the Microsoft Office applications and in the field of data analysis
  • Software development and analysis in the ArcGIS environment

 

Requirements :

  • Completed apprenticeship / degree in the fields of computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics or comparable with a very good degree
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in one of the above mentioned areas

Your tasks

Your Profile
